Our seats were £35.00 each and with a booking fee on top. We came from Brighton especially.</p> <p>We were right in front of the Surtitles screen!!!! With a view of about 1/2 of the stage. A BLIND MONKEY could have designed the stage better!!!!! We were not told they were restricted viewing and to be honest in my local 400 year old theatre I would expect there to be some restricted viewing AND THEY DO BUT THEY CHARGE ACCORDINGLY. I expect better from a highly acclaimed money making artisitc event at a specially designed arena!!!!</p> <p>So we saw about 1/3 of the show and all had extremely cricked necks by the end of it! Our seats were not the worst either...we had about 10 people to the left of us and there were about 4 rows in front of us! Poor them is all I say! Please please please show your audience some respect!!! Why? Ticketmaster don't know the reason. The only thing they're saying to me is that I can rebook another performance. GREAT!! I booked ages ago, and got myself some front row center seats. Ticketmaster don't even know why the daytime show was cancelled and I don't know if I book the daytime show next week whether the plug will be pulled on that one as well. </p> <p>All in all,, it's not fair that the evening show goes on and I'm esentially told to get lost. I've lost my good seats with no explaination. Tomorrows plan is out the window. We could have gone wind surfing tomorrow had we known sooner, it's too late now. I told my boyfriend about it and he got very upset again.....as apparently, he bought the new tickets for 28 December as a surprise Christmas present for me and of course, he paid for the full price. </p> <p>Then, today, lastminute.com is offering 10pounds tickets for the show. </p> <p>I am not going to tell my boyfriend about this and hoping that he will never find out about such ridiculous offer. </p> <p>But surely, this is not fair! (as there was a big poll in front of where my seat was). My children where also unable to see due to three tall guys sitting in front of us. But I did not want to complain as it was an error on my part. About 10minutes before the show started a guy who told me his name was Harry came up to us and said he would be able to move us into better seats (As he could probably see my unhappy face). My children where over the moon and so was I as I did not even have to ask to be moved. There's not even photos next to their names. There are two Monkey Kings on the cast and you are left to guess who you have. As important a job as Mike Smith has for the O2 Score Arrangement, do I really care about his bio and what he looks like? I just think it sends out wrong messages about the performers when all they get is a page listing them.</p> <p>I loved the show in general and would see it again at a different venue, I just feel like a lot of this has been rushed for money. The production of many customer facing items (including the website) is just really unprofessional. Isn't it strange that such an amazing visual production has such a bland website promoting it?</p> <p>Anyway, if as much care was put into the smaller details (like the venue) as they had in the actual show, it would have been something trully special.
