When I got to the tent and found out where I was sitting I was deeply unhappy! (as there was a big poll in front of where my seat was). My children where also unable to see due to three tall guys sitting in front of us. But I did not want to complain as it was an error on my part. About 10minutes before the show started a guy who told me his name was Harry came up to us and said he would be able to move us into better seats (As he could probably see my unhappy face). My children where over the moon and so was I as I did not even have to ask to be moved. The guy was very polite and they clearly have very high standard of staff working at the 02!

I watched the Opera on 28 Nov 2008. The tickets I got were limited view, which depressed me a lot when I was sitting behand a big metal stand. Then a stuff called Harry came to us (me and my friend), and asked if we would like to move to somewhere else with better view politely. Then he manage to find two seats, with perfect views, and hence me and my girl friend had a very pleasant time during the show.

Thank you so much Harry, you have done a really good job there!!
