Apologies if it is stated somewhere on the site but i was curious as to how long the production is altogether, including the break?
    Thanks!

    Hi,

    Went yesterday afternoon.

From arriving at O2 door to leaving O2 took four and a half hours. But, we had a meal before the show.

The performance started at about 3pm and we were out by 6pm - so 3 hours is a good estimate if you are planning travel etc.

BTW, allow at least 100 minutes to get to O2 from central London. We missed a train back to Manchester because we only had an hour and a half to get to Euston.

    Cheers,

    DH

I went to an evening show on friday which started at 8 o'clock and i think we got out about 10:30/10:45. So yeah, 3 hours would be a pretty good estimate.
You also get a 20 minute interval, which is mainly a mad rush for the bar!
You'll love the show, mate. The second half is amazing!

We have bought tickets supposedly for 2.30pm show on Sunday but on receiving tickets discovered it is actually starting at 4pm. We have had to rebook train tickets at a cost of £43 (plus the £30 we lost on the first lot we had booked). Ticketmaster phone operators blame AEG Live and O2 say it is nothing to do with them - are AEG going to reimburse us for the mess? We have two emails and a voicemail apologising for the mix up so far. Now it looks like we may miss the second train we have booked if the show lasts for 3 hours and not the 2 hours that we have been told by Ticketmaster! Maybe we should just cancel and save the money - minus Ticketmaster booking fee of course!!
